  242.        you have encountered, patch software is not installed by
  243.        default.  After reading the descriptions of the bugs fixed
  244.        in this patch (see Section 1.3), determine the patches that
  245.        meet your specific needs.

  247.        If, after reading Sections 1.1 and 1.2 of these release
  248.        notes, you are unsure whether your hardware and software
  249.        meet the requirements for installing a particular patch, run
  250.        _i_n_s_t.  The _i_n_s_t program does not allow you to install
  251.        patches that are incompatible with your hardware or
  252.        software.

  342.        only on OCTANE SSI and OCTANE MXI systems.  Also, even on
  343.        SSI and MXI systems, the default screen size will be
  344.        1280x1024, unless the user first executes the following
